Course Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

I hereby agree to abide by the terms of this Course Agreement as a condition to my participation in The Creative VA Academy™ (the “Course”) created and hosted by Adrienna McDermott of The Creative VA Academy LLC (the “Instructor”). My term as a participant (the “Student”) in the Course shall begin immediately (“Term”).

All material in this document is, unless otherwise stated, the property of The Creative VA Academy ™. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect these materials. Reproduction or retransmission of the materials, in whole or in part, in any manner, without the prior written consent of the copyright holder, is a violation of copyright law.

Please understand that no part of this download or any other course material may be shared, forwarded, blogged, or otherwise reproduced.

Seller reserves the right to pursue unauthorized users of this book. The course license does not grant the right for use in any educational or training program. 

1. Initial Responsibilities and Expectations

(a) I will be responsive to correspondence, email and documents I receive from The Creative VA Academy™ related to my role as a student in the Course.
(b) I will agree to communicate and correspond with the program. I understand that the more I give, the more I will get out of the Course.
(c) I agree to be sensitive and respectful to all members of The Creative VA Academy™. I understand that un-sensitive or disrespectful comments can cause termination in the program.
(d) I understand that results are not guaranteed. I understand it is up to me to implement the ideas and practices learned, and Ava And The Bee is not responsible to implement these ideas.


2. Confidentiality

(a) I shall not at any time, during or after my Term in the Course, disclose to any person or entity any confidential or sensitive information which I acquire from my time during the course of the Course.
(b) The Student understands that all materials, including but not limited to, price lists, contracts, agreements, and other information or documents that are given to them in the course of the Course are the exclusive property of the Instructor and are privileged and confidential information.
(c) The Student agrees that they will not contact or solicit any of Ava And The Bee’s current and past clients, including during and after the course. Any student that solicits current and past clients of Ava And The Bee will be immediately terminated from the course, with no refund. This includes asking those clients for work, discussing pricing, or confidential information shared during the Course.
(d) “Confidential Information” means all the data and information relating to the business and management of the Employer, including, but not limited to the following:
(e) “Customer Information” which includes names of customers of Ava And The Bee, their representatives, all customer contact information, contracts, data provided by the customers, and specificities of products and services purchased, licensed, or received by the customers of Ava And The Bee.
(f) “Intellectual Property” which includes information relating to Ava And The Bee’s proprietary rights. This is including but not limited to production data, technical data, design data, details of research, developments of products and services, and information regarding licensing proprietary rights (including copyrights and trade secrets).
(g) “Business Operations” and “Marketing Information” which includes marketing and development plans of Ava And The Bee, price and cost information, pricing and billing policies, marketing techniques, vendor information and names, internal cost information, external business contacts (including those stored on social media accounts or other databases)

3. Fees and Cancelations and Refunds: The Creative VA Masterclass, The Creative VA School, The Creative VA Coaching Experience

(a) If you work through the first 4 modules of the course are not totally happy with it, then we will offer a refund request.

I believe in my course and dozens of students have experienced fantastic growth, development, and results from investing in this program. This type of progress requires that you follow the course and do the work. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the Course by accessing course content and joined the Facebook community [The Creative VA Masterclass] before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and refund.

We will request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund may also charge an admin fee of $75 at our discretion.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to me within the defined refund period as listed above in section 3 (a), at hello@thecreativevaacademy.com

(b) If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.
(c) If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.
(d) Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than US dollars, you are liable for the costs of exchange.
(e) If you dispute a CC or Stripe Charge, we will immediately remove you from courses purchased until the issue is resolved.

4. Fees and Cancelations and Refunds: The Electives
(a) Unless stated otherwise, The Creative VA Academy™ Elective Courses have a 7-day money back guarantee and refund period.

A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund may also charge an admin fee of $75 at our discretion.

5. Termination and Cancelation

(a) Ava And The Bee and The Creative VA Academy™ reserves the right to terminate the Course at any time. If a Student in the Course makes any disrespectful or hateful comments, or is uncooperative, the Instructor has the right to remove that Student from the program, with no refund given.

Intellectual Property Rights
All items on this site and in Kajabi are owned by Ava And The Bee LLC™, and The Creative VA Academy™ and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Creative VA Academy reserves all rights, title and interests to all information, trade secrets, advice or any other property rights.

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and property of thecreativevaacademy.com, or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site, as well links back to the page where the materials, designs, images, text, quote or post is located when it is appropriate to do so. However, you may never claim any of our intellectual property as your own or your unique creation, even with attribution.
